Online Trading
As we are a wholesaler we can only sell to a registered business (e.g. with a valid business registration or an ABN).
If you would like to trade with us online, please click here to complete the Online Application Form. Once your account has been opened we will send you a Username and Password so that you can purchase via the website. Secure payment can be made by Mastercard or Visa.
Orders are generally picked and dispatched within 2 working days of your order being received.
There is no minimum Order Value; however orders under $100 will attract a freight charge of $10 to destinations within Australia.
Orders over $100 will be delivered Freight Free within Australia.
For freight charges to destinations outside of Australia please contact our Customer Service Team.
All monetary values shown in this website for goods and freight are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to 10% GST (for accounts within Australia).
Credit Claims and/or Returns must be communicated and approved by our Customer Service Team within 10 days of receipt of the shipment.

Account Customers
As we are a wholesaler we can only sell to a registered business (e.g. with a valid business registration or an ABN).
If you would prefer to apply for a 30 day Trading Account you need to complete the Account Application Form and fax it to us. Our standard payment terms for Account Customers are 30 days from invoice date.
When establishing a 30 day trading account, all Trade References will be checked and you will be notified of the status of your application within 5 business days. While your application is being processed you may raise orders on a payment prior to dispatch basis.
Payment of accounts can be made by Cash, Cheque, Mastercard or Visa. You can also make a direct deposit into our bank account. Please contact our Customer Service Team for the account details.
Privacy Policy
We are committed to the privacy of your information. We will collect, use and disclose and hold personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1998.
Collecting information
The personal information we require to provide service to you are your company name, address, phone number, fax number and email address.
If you wish to pay for the goods you have purchased via credit card, we will need to collect your credit card details from you to process the transaction, including the card number, expiry date, type of card, name appearing on the card, and the credit card verification number. For your privacy we do not retain a record of this information on file, so you will need to supply it each time you wish to pay by credit card.
Disclosure of information collected
All information collected from you will be used for the purposes for which it was obtained. In addition, we may also disclose this information to specific third parties subject to all privacy and confidentiality protection under the law. These third parties may include and are not limited to:
* Credit providers for credit related purposes such as creditworthiness, credit rating, credit provision and financing
* Any government and regulatory body or authority as mandated or otherwise authorised by law
* Any professional advisory services we use including our legal advisers, auditors or accountants
* Outsourced debt recovery companies
* Credit reporting and fraud checking services
Security of Information
We will take all reasonable precautions to ensure that all data is stored in a secure environment where only authorised persons can access the data. All printed material containing your personal information is stored securely and held at our office in accordance with the relevant legislation concerning storage of accounting records.
Account payment details such as credit card numbers should not be emailed or transmitted other than through our secure server payment options. These servers use the highest available encryption methods to protect the transmission of sensitive information.
